The Load Planner/Dispatcher role(s) includes: strategic planning, scheduling, constant communication with drivers. Duties include using telephone, computer and transportation management system to communicate assignments and compiling statistics and reports on work progress.

• Answering office calls 

• Various office duties as necessary 

• Maintain office inventory

• Special assignments as needed

• Familiar with MS Office full suite

• Candidates with QuickBooks knowledge will be prioritized

• High School Diploma or GED, Associates Degree (preferred)

• Must have valid TX drivers license

• Must be able to lift 25 lbs.
